This was positively the most celestial sunrise I've ever seen!  And, this was positively the coldest I've ever been!

This is the very spot I proposed to Laura.  She said "Yes!" in very dramatic fashion.  

As we visited this past weekend, we had our two offspring with us.  I'd say it was a completely different experience than seven years ago.  Go figure!

These are the blue birds (notice the "B"s) now hanging in Talmage's room. Personally, I think these are far scarier than the supposed shark Talmage keeps seeing in there.

I'm going back to school! Look at my pretty new laptop. I feel like a little kid the night before the first day of class. I'm sure the thrill will wear off before the first class has concluded, but that doesn't change that I'm extremely excited right now.

Talmage properly honors the Eight Crazy Nights of Rob and Ty with his first candle-light vigil.

He's wearing the outfit his Nana bought for his uncle Sean almost 40 years ago. Several people at church told me what a beautiful girl he is. Yellow doesn't communicate boy quite as clearly as blue.

Unfortunately, Talmage missed Miami Vice by a mere two decades.
